How long have you had this business?8 yearsWhat is your café about?Great food and coffee in a funky warehouse environment.

What did you do before this?Katrina taught classes at The Spirit House in Yandina, Mark was working as a building designer on the Sunshine Coast. Before that we had restaurants in Sydney called The Pig and The Olive.

Why did you get into coffee and what do you love about it?It has become a daily necessity for most Australians! I also love someone else making it for me - it is a small affordable, daily treat.

Outside of your café, where do you like to drink coffee and why?The Little Pantry in New farm because it is just down the road and they make good coffee.

What coffees do you use from us?Saint and Mexican Decaf

What is next for you and your business?We have just opened the cafe on weekends and we are expanding the space for Functions and Corporate hands on interactive food and wine events as well as Cooking Classes which are open to the public.
